NOTICE
A Public Hearing with the Town of Larkspur Council will be held on April 6, 2023 at 5pm at Town Hall for the purpose of reviewing findings and determining whether 233 Perry Park Avenue, Larkspur, CO 80118 meets the applicable annexation requirements of Section 30 of Article II of the Colorado Constitution and C.R.S. §§ 31-12-104 and 31-12-105 and if the property is considered eligible for annexation.
