The Town of Larkspur has a Planning Commission made up of resident volunteers whose purpose is to review all land use applications and make formal recommendations to the Town Council. The Planning Commission volunteers are appointed by the Larkspur Town Council.
Per Sec 16-2-20, each Planning Commission Member shall serve a three year term, with Associate (Alternate) members serving for a two year term. A quorum is four members, and an associate member can fill in for a regular member if the regular member is unable to attend.
