We welcome your feedback about the accessibility of the Town of Larkspur online services. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers or would like to request assistance.
- All requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and we will do our best to reply to all communications within two (2) business days.

- Accommodation requests that would impose an undue financial, technical or administrative burden to the Town of Larkspur may not be fulfilled as requested.
In the Workplace
Current employees needing workplace accommodation should contact the Town Manager for support.
Prospective employees who have been invited to interview for an employment opportunity should work directly with the person arranging the interview.

The Town of Larkspur is committed to providing equitable access to our services to all Coloradans.
Our ongoing accessibility effort works towards being in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, level AA criteria. These guidelines help make technology accessible not only to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.
Our efforts are just part of a meaningful change in making all services inclusive and accessible. We welcome comments on how to improve our technology’s accessibility for users with disabilities and for requests for accommodations to any of our services.
How We Are Implementing Accessibility
Website Testing and Remediation
- We conduct periodic testing of all webpages for accessibility and quality assurance.
- We contract with AudioEye to provide an Accessibility Help Desk for our website (blue and white icon in lower right corner of each webpage).
- We continue to test and remediate our digital products in an effort to provide continuous improvement of our sites and applications.
