NOTICE
Lone Tree Trust, the owners of the property on Fox Farm Road, have requested a Concept Review.
Per Section 15-1-80 of the Larkspur Municipal Code, “Prior to the submission of a petition for annexation, the petitioner may request a concept review. Upon receipt of a request, the Town will schedule a meeting with the Planning Commission and/or the Town Council, as necessary.”
The Town has decided to hold a joint meeting with the Planning Commission and the Town Council.
Per Section 15-1-90 of the Larkspur Municipal Code, “The concept review is an informal opportunity for the petitioner to discuss the scope and general concept of the proposed annexation with the Planning Commission and/or the Town Council and to receive assistance in identifying issues and concerns regarding the proposed annexation that would likely be of concern to the Planning Commission, the Town Council and the public prior to the submission of a petition for annexation.”
