Renaissance Festival Application for 2026 Business/Sales Tax License
Initial business license fee is $45
Renewal fee on or before March 31, 2026 is $45
Renewal Fee after March 31, 2026 is $60
You will receive an electronic PDF copy of your business license at the completion of your application. It will also be in your packet the week prior to the start of the festival.
If you would like to renew with a check, please fill out the paper application and remit a check to the Town of Larkspur, 8720 Spruce Mountain Rd, Larkspur, CO 80118.
Sales Tax Reporting 2022 and Forward
Your tax report must be submitted according to your selected reporting requirements even if there are no taxes to report with the State of Colorado Department of Revenue. Effective February 1, 2022, for all filing periods beginning January 1, 2022, and forward you will no longer remit your sales tax payments to the Town of Larkspur. We have transferred tax collection responsibility to the State of Colorado. For exemption and other sales tax questions, please contact the State of Colorado Department of Revenue at 303-238-7378.
Admissions/Amusement Tax is still being collected by the Town of Larkspur on a monthly basis.
