EVENTS:
- Come to Larkspur for the 34th Annual Colorado Renaissance Festival which runs for eight consecutive weekends beginning June 12, 10 AM - 6:30 PM, rain or shine. Check out the Festival's website on our Links page for details.
PARKS AND RECREATION ACTIVITIES
- Free movie nights at the Town Community Park in July and August. Friday, July 9 will feature Mrs. Doubtfire and Ice Age will be showing Friday, August 13,. The movies will start at dusk. Contact Town Hall, 303-681-2324 for information. See Summer Activities flier below.
- Plan on attending the Towns third annual fabulous Independence Day Celebration at the Town Park on Monday, July 5, beginning at 11 AM. Bigger and better than last year this year's celebration includes a live band and antique cars. See Summer Activities flier below.
- Work on the Park is on schedule toward a completion date of late June for the central recreation area.

- VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO SUPPORT THESE ACTIVITIES
- Design and engineering of tennis courts, roller/hockey rink, fitness stations, meadow area.
- Expansion of the ball field to regulation size and adding dugout areas and increased seating.
- Identify suitable location for a skateboard park, research designs and costs, identify funding sources, and support fundraising.
- Complete engineering and build Larkspurs segment of the Front Range Trail to include establishment of appropriate trailheads.
